Depending on your answers to these questions, your Loan Officer will help you find the best loan program and mortgage payment to suit your needs. From there, they will take you through the loan processes to make it the best and easiest experience possible.
SHM Process & Timeline:
Step 1 – Your Loan Officer will gather the required initial documents to start your loan file.
Step 2 – The file will then go through an initial review by the Loan Officer and Loan Processor.
Step 3 – Additional required documents will be gathered after initial review.
Step 4 –The file is submitted to our in-house Underwriter.
Step 5 – At this point your loan is approved! Please note that there might be additional documents requested from the Underwriter.
Step 6 – Once all documents are sent back to the underwriter, the loan is completed
Step 7 – Your loan is ready to be signed, funded, and recorded.
